This package is Self-Supported through an Automated Setup Wizard that is provided to walk you through the Installation and Configuration of your new eDrawer system, online Training Class video demonstrations to assist you with the development of your eDrawer software, live web meetings for Ongoing Training, and unlimited Support Tickets that can be sent through our website.

eDrawer Business

This product is designed exclusively for smaller companies (5 to 20 users) wanting an inexpensive system with a full feature set. eDrawer Business consists of: the eDrawer software, (1) File Room, (5) Named User Licenses, (additional seats in increments of 5 are available), eDrawer Automated Robot (E.A.R.), Global Access Web Portal, and (50)GB of Remote Backup. This package follows all of our Post-Sales tiers which you select at the end of this document.

eDrawer Professional

Our most popular solution designed with the corporate users in mind. This solution is also considered a turn-key offering, and is capable of having you up-and-running with a true Electronic Document Management System within 2 weeks. eDrawer Professional consists of: the eDrawer Document Management System, (3) File Rooms, (25) Named User Licenses, eDrawer Automated Robot (E.A.R.), Global Access Web Portal, and (100)GB of Remote Backup. This solution is supported by our eDrawer Professional Services Team during several Online Sessions that will cover the initial Installation, Configuration, Development and Training for your new eDrawer system. A Remote Backup Plan will be scheduled to protect your critical business intelligence from loss or harm.

eDrawer Enterprise

Our most comprehensive solution aimed at companies that want a scalable turn-key system for a single price. eDrawer Enterprise consists of: the eDrawer Document Management System, (5) File Rooms, (50) Named User Licenses, eDrawer Automated Robot (E.A.R.), Global Access Web Portal, and (200)GB of Remote Backup. eDrawer.NET - Secure Hosted at Our Facilities

eDrawer.Net allows you the flexibility of not having to manage your servers. Scan, add, Check in and out, modify, delete all of your documents from any location, without managing your own server. Search for documents and set workflow for document tasks. File any documents from paper or electronic. This package allows your organization remote access to our secure servers that are in secure facilities with XO communications in a COLO secure and in locked cages. No access to our servers is allowed, and the facility is monitored 24 x 7. Remote backups are mirrors every moment of the day to another location for Business Continuity.
